These terms govern your use of stereolism.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by Stereolism Records LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may decline or cancel any order, including after payment, if an item is out of stock, a price or listing is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund it in full.

Pricing and errors
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We try to keep listings accurate, but errors happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or with wrong details, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the error.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your payment information.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping terms are covered in our Shipping Policy. Refunds and returns are covered in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Limited editions
Some releases are limited to a stated number of copies. Once sold out, we are under no obligation to repress or restock.

Intellectual property
All music, artwork, photography, text, and design on this site belong to Stereolism Records LLC or to the artists we work with, and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without written permission. Buying a record gives you the physical object, not any rights in the recording or the artwork.

Submissions
By sending us your music or other material through this site, you retain ownership of your material. You give us permission to review and consider what you send, and you confirm you have the right to send it. We do not guarantee a response, and we are not liable if we later release something you consider similar to your work.

Your conduct
You may not use the site for illegal activities, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site and pursue any remedies available to us.

Third-party links
The site may link to other retailers and platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stereolism Records LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top will reflect the most recent version.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.
